Modacrylic is one kind of material which is permanent fire retardant, and can be used for flame retardant garments, flame retardant airline blankets, and other FR items. It is naturally flame retardant without chemical treatment, making it environmentally friendly. The normal count ranges from NE12/1 to NE30/1, and doubled yarn can also be made. The LOI can be 28 or 32 accordingly to your different usage.
